How to Set Up Your Business Email.

Set up your new business email address.

Logging into your business email is slightly different to logging into an email hosted by popular email providers such as Gmail or Outlook. We have to manually add the account onto your device. 

The set-up should take no longer than 5-10 minutes.

Follow this guide to set up your new business email with us on:

Setting up on IOS.

From the home screen, follow these steps to add your email account:

  1. Head to the Settings app and tap Mail.
  2. Then, tap Accounts > Add Account.
  3. On this screen you will be given a lift of email providers. At the bottom of the list select ‘Other’.
  4. Then, tap ‘Add Mail Account’ and the iPhone will show a New Account window. There, add your email account manually. Here you need to use the details to your new account that we have provided you with.
    – Name: Enter your Business Name here. This is the name that will appear as the sender name in your recipients inbox.
    – Email: Enter your new email address. (e.g. name@yourbusinessname.com).
    – Password: Enter the password we provided you with here.
    – Description: Enter your Business Name here.
  5. Once you finish filling out this information, tap Next.
  6. Next, make sure the ‘IMAP’ option at the top of the screen is selected.
  7. If any password fields are filled in automatically, make sure you clear these fields before continuing.
  8. You then need to refer to the details we provided you with to fill out all of the fields:
    – Incoming Mail Server- 
    – Host Name: enter imap.hostinger.com into this field.
    – Username: Your email address.
    – Password: Enter your password here.
    – Outgoing Mail Server – 
    – Host Name: enter smtp.hostinger.com into this field.
    – Username: Your email address.
    – Password: Enter your password here.
  9. Once you have filled in all of the fields, tap Next.
  10. All done! If you now go back to your home screen and open the Mail App, your new email address will be accessible from here.

If any step has failed, please ensure you are spelling everything correctly as any typos will cause the setup to fail.

Setting up on Android.

To access your business email address on Android first you will need to download the Gmail App onto your phone. Then follow these steps:

  1. Open the Gmail app. Tap the profile icon at the upper-right corner of the screen and select Add another account.
  2. You’ll see a Set up email window where you need to choose an email service. Since we’re about to set up a custom email, select Other (IMAP).
  3. Enter your full email address and tap Next.
  4. On this screen you will need to use the details we have provided you with.
  5. Fill in your password.
  6. Under IMAP server enter: imap.hostinger.com and then tap Next.
  7. On the next screen it will ask for outgoing server details. Your username and password will have autofilled. 
  8. Under SMTP server, enter: smtp.hostinger.com
  9. Then tap Next.
  10. It will then ask you to enter your name. We recommend using your business name here as this is what your recipients will see.
  11. Then tap Next.
  12. All done! You have successfully set up your new account.

Setting up on Desktop.

This section will teach you how to add an email address to Outlook 2019.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2019

When the window pops up, enter your full email address.

To configure the outgoing and incoming mail server settings, click Advanced options, select the Let me set up my account manually box, and click Connect.

2. Configure Your IMAP Settings

On the Advanced setup panel, you’ll be asked to pick your account type. Choose IMAP.

3. On the IMAP Account Settings page, fill in the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail fields with the details we provided you with.
– Incoming Mail –
– Server: imap.hostinger.com 
– Encryption method: SSL/TLS 

– Outgoing Mail – 
– Server: smtp.hostinger.com

4. Once you have filled in all of the fields, click Next.

5. Finalise Your Setup – Enter the password for your email, click Connect, and wait for the process to finish.
